Personal training is a totally different concept to visiting a gym and working through a set of machines, it involves working with me as your Personal trainer to make sure your time training is spent effectively to get you the results you want in the least possible time. The exercises can be adapted immediately if they are too easy or difficult, but you have support 100% of the time to ensure you have an enjoyable and motivational personal training session.

What does a Personal Trainer do?
The first thing we do is take time to talk through your current and previous exercise & health experiences to find out what you enjoy doing. From there we carry out a few initial tests and measurements to get your starting point, set a few goals that are personal to you, give you a diet diary for homework and begin planning the process together so we can support you & give you 100% focus on your goals as it is all about you.
But Personal trainers are expensive right?
You often see celebrities working with Personal trainers, but our solutions are not only affordable but also reflect the current Personal Training market. We have introduced a Small Group Personal Training option, so if you want to split the cost of a Personal training session with up to 5 friends, I can still give you all the attention you need to progress, but at a much lower cost.
